EnglishENEN
SpanishESES

Adding a Language

  1. Click Add Language
  2. Set the language name (e.g., “French”)
  3. Set the code (e.g., “FR”)
  4. Add matching tags — these are the prefixes the app looks for in participant names
  5. Set priority level (if a participant matches multiple languages, the higher priority wins)
  6. Toggle Enable to activate

Tag Matching

Tags are matched case-insensitively at the beginning of a participant’s display name, as a distinct token. For example, the tag EN matches:

  • EN John
  • EN-John
  • ENGINEER ✗ (not a separate token)

Priority Levels

When a participant’s name matches multiple language tags, the highest-priority language wins.

Special Tags

Define groups of participants who should be excluded from the main breakout assignment and placed in special rooms.

Pair Prohibitions

Define participant pairs who must not be placed in the same breakout room.

  1. Click Add Prohibition
  2. Enter the two participant names
  3. During assignment, Triad Tool ensures they are never in the same room

Useful for recurring sessions where you want to guarantee varied groupings.
