Welcome to the Triad Tool documentation. Triad Tool is a Zoom sidebar app that gives meeting hosts powerful tools to run structured, timed breakout sessions.
What Makes Triad Tool Special?
Triad Tool is built specifically for meetings that need more than a simple timer:
- Multilanguage meetings — participants are automatically grouped by language prefix (EN, DE, FR, ES, and more), so every group can share in their own language
- Highly interactive formats — sharing circles, dialogue circles, support groups, peer coaching, language exchange groups, and other structured conversation formats
- Large meetings (50+ participants) — automated room creation and parallel assignment handles 15–30+ rooms at once with no manual work
- Recurring facilitators — save room configurations and reload them in future sessions

App Interface
Triad Tool has four tabs:
- Timer — start and control the session timer; available to all participants
- Breakout Monitor — manage rooms and participants; host/co-host only
- Actions — quick-action buttons for host controls; host/co-host only
- Settings — configure all preferences; available to all participants

Free Trial
Triad Tool includes a 14-day free trial with full premium access — no credit card required. After the trial, the free tier provides 40 minutes per session on the Breakout Monitor and Actions tabs. The Timer and Settings tabs are free forever.
